De siste 45 \u00e5rene er det blitt arrangert idrettsutveksling mellom alle byene og i \u00e5r var det Finland som sto som arrang\u00f8r. De 12 norske ungdommene fra Stavanger Sv\u00f8mmeklubb og Frisinn Sportsklubb stilte med positiv hum\u00f8r og konkurranse stemning tidlig morgen p\u00e5 Sola Flyplass.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Utover 4 dager ble det en utklassing av Stavanger-sv\u00f8mmerne som vant alle 4 konkurranser i Jyv\u00e4skyl\u00e4, noe som ble feiret med en fortjent fridag siste dag i S\u00e4rkenniemi forn\u00f8yelsespark. Idrettsr\u00e5det Stavanger stiller med representanter hvert \u00e5r og arrangerer p\u00e5 vegne av Stavanger Kommune. Idrettsavdelingen i kommunen stiller ogs\u00e5 med representanter, samt Bjarne Kvadsheim fra Kommunalstyre for Kultur og Idrett.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Det s\u00e5 ut som alle storkoste seg p\u00e5 turen og l\u00e6rte mye mer om b\u00e5de anlegg og andre nasjoner. Vi gleder oss stort til neste \u00e5r n\u00e5r det arrangeres i
