Treningen er for deltakere i alderen 10-16 \u00e5r og avholdes to ganger i uken p\u00e5 Revheim skole. Tilbudet st\u00f8ttes av Idrettsr\u00e5det gjennom &#8222;Idrett+&#8221;-ordningen.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>15.januar startet Madla Sv\u00f8mmeklubb et sv\u00f8mmetilbud rettet mot ungdom med overvektsproblemer. Dette er en m\u00e5lgruppe som ofte faller utenfor b\u00e5de det ordin\u00e6re klubbtilbudet, og som vegrer seg for \u00e5 g\u00e5 i sv\u00f8mmehallen innenfor vanlige publikumstider.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Ungdommene skal synes det er kjekt \u00e5 komme, de skal kjenne at dette er noe de behersker. Deltakerne som er med er positive, de \u00f8nsker \u00e5 mosjonere samtidig som de har et \u00f8nske om \u00e5 tilegne seg nye ferdigheter, sier Ingrid M\u00f8llerop i Madla Sv\u00f8mmeklubb. I tillegg til fokus p\u00e5 mestring settes det ogs\u00e5 fokus p\u00e5 \u00e5 \u00f8ke utholdenheten, og p\u00e5 det \u00e5 bedre teknikken til deltakerne.<\/p>\n<p>Gruppen trener hver tirsdag og torsdag kl. 16-17 p\u00e5 Revheim skole. Det er fortsatt mulig \u00e5 melde seg p\u00e5 kurset, opplyser M\u00f8llerop. Hun tar i mot b\u00e5de sp\u00f8rsm\u00e5l og p\u00e5melding p\u00e5<a href=\"mailto:svommekurs@madlasvommeklubb.no\">svommekurs@madlasvommeklubb.no<\/a> \/ 907 62\u00a0146.<\/p>\n<p>Idrettsr\u00e5det st\u00f8tter dette tiltaket gjennom \u201cIdrett+\u201d-ordningen.
